High Moisture Applicator
The high moisture applicator is an oversized waveguide structure with variable attenuation capabilities. The orientation of the electric field is perpendicular to the material as it is conveyed through the applicator, reducing the rate of power absorption across the product. This system eliminates hot spots with uniform heating.
MIP9 Microwave System
The MIP9 is a 915MHz industrial microwave system capable of heating and drying a range of materials. It evaporates water and efficiently applies microwave energy. This fully integrated system consists of high-power microwave rotary feeds to enhance energy distribution. It also features half and full product detection and arc sensing.
Ridged Waveguide
The ridged waveguide applicator is designed as a series of modules containing specially designed waveguides arranged in a serpentine fashion.
