Industrial Microwave Tempering

Industrial Microwave Tempering is a method food processors use to raise the temperature of deep frozen products, such as meat or fish. Typically, tempering with industrial microwaves proves far more beneficial than conventional methods.

Some operations dedicate entire rooms or racks to the process. In these settings, not only is there an abundance of handling sequences. There is also risk with damaging the product. In addition, there are even more challenges involving labor, safety, health, sanitation, and cost. The solution to mitigating these challanges is easy: use a tempering system.
