The 6kW Fluid Heating Microwave System by IMS is a 2450 MHz Benchtop solution for processing liquid foods, fluids, chemicals, and more. This lab-scale microwave processing system is great for research and development, or lab experimentation prior to scale-up. IMS offers a series of modularized benchtop and commercial in-line systems.
To maximize efficiency, Industrial Microwave Systems (IMS) has patented single-mode applicators, to ensure a uniform energy field is focused, and located at the exact position as the product flowing through the heating tube.

This system uses either a 1/2″ or 3/4″ ID product heating tube to minimize the hold up volume and amount of test fluid required. We have the ability to test your product on a small-scale, benchtop microwave processing system.
